What will be included in your report
Neighborhood Information
We will compile a list of current active, current pending and sold listings within the past 6 months. The goal is to keep the list within your neighborhood however that may not work for some smaller communities. If that is the case we will use a community that is equivalent to your current home.
Property Features
We will gather the current features to find the best comparables to your home. If you have done any upgrades to your property please provide that information in the notes section while completing the request. If not the valuation will be off
For example: If you added a pool, a bedroom or even a bathroom.
Renovations
Renovations will not be added in the first valuation as we have not seen the property. Renovations do add value to your property. If you would like a more accurate estimate contact us to schedule a walk through today.
